Joe Young is a junior Music Education major and a first-year member (guitarist) to the University Singers. As a music major, he puts his focus on the trumpet and guitar in other Ball State ensembles too, such as orchestra and jazz band. Along with being in the University Singers, he also participates in the Ball State Runner’s Association, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, National Scholar's Honor Society, U.S. Army, and is chair/president for this year's Relay For Life! His dream job is to be an elementary music teacher by day, and a cross-country and track and field coach AND musician in a symphony orchestra by night.
